The public defense of the doctoral thesis titled "Analysis of multidrug-resistant pathogens in surgical intensive care units" by Mirela Dobrić, MD, a student of the interdisciplinary doctoral study of Molecular Biosciences, will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, starting at 11:00 a.m., in the hall of the 3rd wing at the Ruđer Bošković Institute.

The doctoral thesis supervisors are Prof. Dr. sc. Branka Bedenić, full professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb, mentor 1, and Prof. Dr. sc. Slavica Kvolik, full professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University in Osijek, mentor 2.
