The public defense of the doctoral thesis titled "Stability of bioactive food additives based on plant proteins and cherry juice polyphenols" by Vanja Kelemen, a doctoral student in Molecular Biosciences, will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, in the Council Hall of the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek, starting at 10:00 a.m.
